Guidelines for Submitting Public Records Requests

To request public records from the Irrigon Rural Fire Protection District, you should submit a written request detailing the specific records you seek. Requests can be emailed to irfpd2011@gmail.com or mailed to PO Box 647, Irrigon, Oregon 97844.  Ensure your request includes pertinent details such as dates, subject matter, and any other information that will assist staff in locating the records. Under Oregon law (ORS 192.324 and ORS 192.329), public agencies are required to acknowledge receipt of public records requests within five business days of receipt and to fulfill the request or provide a written response within an additional ten business days.
